Do you find this time of year just a little bit too full? The most important time to relax is when you feel you don't have time for it. Join us for time spent in supported poses and allow yourself to take your outward focus inward. We will use blankets, blocks, and straps to hold us in stillness, while inviting our bodies and minds into relaxation. Restorative yoga soothes the nervous system, supports immune function, calms the mind and may help to remind you of what is important this season. No yoga experience is necessary and all abilities are welcome.
